Border VS PaddingUpdated a month ago

When designing your stickers, it's essential to understand how borders and padding affect the overall look and size of your artwork.

Border

  • Behavior: The border increases the outer layer size of the sticker while keeping the artwork dimensions unchanged.
  • Impact: The overall size of the sticker increases based on the border size settings. However, it does not influence the size of the artwork or the padding.

Padding

  • Behavior: Padding increases the inner layer of the sticker without affecting the border size.
  • Impact: The overall size of the sticker remains the same, but the artwork is scaled down (or slightly bigger) to accommodate the added padding.
  • Note: Padding is not available for die-cut stickers.

By understanding these differences, you can make informed decisions about your sticker design, ensuring that your artwork looks its best!
