What file formats are supported for artwork uploads?Updated a month ago

To ensure the best quality for your custom stickers, we accept the following file formats:

Recommended Format

  • PNG (Portable Network Graphics) — This is our recommended format for most uploads. PNG supports transparent backgrounds, preserves sharp edges, and works perfectly with our editor and AI tools. For the best results, use a high-resolution PNG file at 300 DPI or higher.

Vector Formats

These formats are ideal for maintaining sharpness and scalability, especially for designs with fine details or intricate elements:

  • PDF (Portable Document Format)
  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

Important Note About SVG Files

SVG is a great format because it can scale up or down infinitely without losing quality. However, for the file to load correctly in our system, your SVG must include explicit width and height dimensions in the file. Without these values, the editor won't be able to determine the intended size of your design and the file may not load properly. Most design tools (Illustrator, Figma, Inkscape) include these dimensions by default, but if you're exporting manually or editing the SVG code, make sure the root <svg> element contains width and height attributes.

Raster Image Formats

For non-vector files, we also accept high-resolution images in these formats. Ensure the resolution is at least 300 DPI for optimal print quality:

  • JPG/JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
  • GIF (Graphics Interchange Format)
  • TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)
  • WEBP

Guidelines for All Formats

  1. Resolution: A minimum of 300 DPI is recommended
  2. Color Mode: Use CMYK color mode for accurate printing. RGB files may result in unexpected color shifts during production.

Unsupported Files

We do not accept editable formats such as PSD, AI, EPS, DOCX, or low-resolution files that could compromise the quality of your stickers.

File Submission Tips

  • Double-check your file dimensions and design elements.
  • Flatten all layers and outline text to avoid compatibility issues.
  • Remove any unnecessary elements or hidden layers from the file before submission.
