What file formats are supported for artwork uploads?Updated 5 months ago
To ensure the best quality for your custom stickers, we accept the following file formats:
Preferred Formats (Vector-Based)
These formats are ideal for maintaining sharpness and scalability, especially for designs with fine details or intricate elements:
- PDF (Portable Document Format)
- EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
- SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)
Raster Image Formats
For non-vector files, we accept high-resolution images in these formats. Ensure the resolution is at least 300 DPI for optimal print quality:
- PNG (Portable Network Graphics)
- JPG/JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
- GIF (Graphics Interchange Format)
- TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)
- WEBP
Guidelines for All Formats
- Resolution: A minimum of 300 DPI is recommended for raster images to avoid pixelation.
- Color Mode: Use CMYK color mode for accurate printing. RGB files may result in unexpected color shifts during production.
- Bleed Area: Include a bleed area (3–5 mm) around your design to prevent cutting errors.
Unsupported Files
We do not accept editable formats such as PSD, AI, DOCX, or low-resolution files that could compromise the quality of your stickers.
File Submission Tips
Double-check your file dimensions and design elements. Flatten all layers and outline text to avoid compatibility issues. Remove any unnecessary elements or hidden layers from the file before submission.
