To reset your password, click the "Login" button in the top-right corner of the navigation bar, then choose the "Forgot Password" option. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Follow the steps in the email to set a new password.
Didn't Receive the Reset Email?
If you don't receive a password reset email, it most likely means your account has not been activated yet.
Here's why this can happen: when you place your first order on Stickerize, an account is not automatically created for you. Your purchase is saved to your email address, but to access your account and view past orders, you still need to sign up.
What to Do
1. Go to the "Login" page and select the option to create a new account (Sign Up).
2. Use the same email address you used for your purchase.
3. Complete the sign-up process to activate your account.
4. Once activated, all your past orders will be linked and visible in the Orders tab.
After your account is active, the "Forgot Password" flow will work as expected for any future password resets.
