How to Activate Your Account After Your First PurchaseUpdated a month ago

Made your first purchase but don't have an account yet? That's completely normal — here's how it works.


Why Don't I Have an Account Automatically?

At Stickerize, placing an order does not automatically create an account. Your purchase is recorded and linked to your email address, but your account needs to be activated separately through the sign-up process. This is part of how our platform works, and it means you'll need to take one quick extra step to access your account.


How to Activate Your Account

1. Click the "Login" button in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.

2. Select the option to create a new account (Sign Up).

3. Use the same email address you used when placing your order.

4. Fill out the required details and complete the registration.

5. Once your account is active, your past orders will automatically appear in the Orders tab.


That's it! From this point on, you'll be able to log in, view your order history, reorder past designs, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.


If you used a different email address for your purchase than the one you signed up with, your past orders may not appear automatically. In that case, reach out to our support team and we'll help you sort it out!
